Well...apparently I am in for a real treat today!! The two Primiere's from Alberta and Saskatchewan will be here today. Apparently this the first time ever that they will have been together here in the Border Town. They are coming for a ribbon cutting ceremony which will officially open the new wing at the College. The Bill Kondro wing will house the nurses station...which means I may get a new office...yes....my little office (which is in coat check) will be no more....of course, I have heard this before. When I first started here at the Theatre, I had been told that I would only be "set up" in the back of coat check for only a couple of months....a couple in deed....12 months later and I am still here!
Oh well....
Anyway...Brad Wall (Sask Preemie) and Ed Stelmach (Alta Preemie) may also be attending our Volunteer Appreciation Tea this afternoon as well. We have about 50 volunteers who help us out during performances, so today is their day and they may be in for a surprize if we can swing it.
Ahhh never a dull moment here....
