OK...so I did it....I made the big step! I'm nervous as hell, but I feel that it is right. I feel it in my gut.
Being married into the RCMP you become a transient. No place to call home, you are up-rooted every 2-5 years unless you have children...ahhem....then you stay longer in places.
I had been on the move until 3 years ago when I divorced the RCMP...oh, I mean my husband...now ex of course, but really, let's be honest, it was the RCMP I divorced. I have been living in the Border Town for three years.
I met a handsome young man, dated, now that the honey moon stage is over and have moved in together, we are now building a house, yup, a house.
It is a log house built by Whisper Creek Homes. Sundance #4.
